The Judge Group is looking for Full Time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a great client of ours in Orange, CA!!
Below is a basic overview of the position. Candidates are required to travel on-site to our clients location in Orange.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the first line of contact for members and providers.
The incumbent will assist members and providers with questions related to the program.
The incumbent will provide information regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits and services to eligible members and providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of experience in a call center capacity required; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying.
- Bilingual in English and in one of the defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnames) required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of health maintenance organization (HMO), Medi-Cal/Medicaid and health services experience.
