  • Assist with reporting to credit bureaus.

Process and Policy Management:
  • Manage and enhance underwriting policies to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Lead and take ownership of process improvement projects across all departments, identifying initiatives and providing strategic insights based on research and analysis.
  • Prepare and manage loan agreements, loan offers, credit denials, and other customer communications.
  • Oversee customer communications, including automated messaging and the development of correspondence templates.

Vendor and Contract Management:
  • Identify vendors, assess costs, and evaluate the anticipated value of new services and technology implementations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors such as Plaid, third-party analytics companies, collections agencies, and payment processors.

Innovation and Training:
  • Research and implement new feature releases across the tech stack and train relevant departments on new functionalities (e.g., AI chatbot updates).
  • Identify and implement process improvements and proof of business concepts to enhance operational efficiency.
