Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an experienced and talented Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to join a team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) client seeking to improve and modernize its business processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the reengineering of complex business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, with a passion for optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence. You will work under the supervision of the project manager and be part of a cohesive project team.


· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

· 4-year college bachelor degree

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience

· Experience with Microsoft Visio, Office Suite, Project

· Experience in interacting with DoD client staff and leadership in the development of processes, frameworks, communications, training, and change management materials.

· Candidates must have (or be able to obtain an interim within 60 days) a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

· Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) experience

· Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

· Master’s Degree a plus


· Collaborate across Business Areas and Functions for planning, execution and management of process improvements, projects, and other initiatives.

· Partner with the Business Process Improvement (BPI) team in project execution and to assure demonstrated performance improvements.

· Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively to keep all parties informed of project status and outcomes.

· Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless adoption of new process improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

· Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement projects. Provide support to project leaders and teams members.

· Lead the planning and facilitation of continuous improvement events, ensuring success through effective communication, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

· Process Mapping using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).

· Data analytic skills extracting, loading, transforming data sets and performing analytics with visualizations.

· Capturing conversation details from SME interview, analyzing content, and organizing project artifacts.
