We are seeking a Jr. Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. In this role, you will help guide development teams in adopting modern software development practices through code and design reviews, as well as hands-on implementation. You will apply Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps methodologies to enhance software delivery speed, security, and stability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while developing your skills in a collaborative environment.

This position requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Fort Belvoir office, where the client is located, along with occasional travel.

You must be authorized to work in the US and maintain an active Secret Clearance.

Additionally, effective communication and collaboration skills with team members are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with popular languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, NodeJS, Django, and Spring
• 1+ years working experience on MVC, JDBC, and RESTful web services.
• 1+ years with front end framework such as React or Angular
• 1+ years with code versioning tools, such as Git and build tools such as Maven.
• 1+ years experience with database technology (relational or non-relational) such as MySQL, Mongo, or DynamoDB.
• 1+ years of experience developing in an agile environment with automated CI/CD
• Experience supporting Army and or DoD networks.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, and maintain an active Secret Clearence.
