SUMMARY

As a Project Manager, you are at the forefront of overseeing and executing both internal and client-focused projects within our Enterprise Solutions business. This role demands a blend of project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Coordinate various teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet client and internal expectations.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and performance reviews, ensuring team alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee project budgets and efficiently allocate resources and manage operational aspects of each project.
  • Ensure projects are executed with the utmost quality and compliance standards.
  • Monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively facilitate communication and interaction among functional representatives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in formal project management methodologies.
  • Strong business accounting acumen applicable to internal project management.
  • Proficient with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in a B2B organization specializing in events and client deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Leadership Development professional services is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
