Position Summary:
Directly manage, optimize and provide company training for the Zoho One CRM platform.
As a Zoho CRM administrator for PRI, your role is to deliver and support a trusted ecosystem to our employees; empowering staff to master Zoho empowering them to grow revenue and thrive.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Extensive experience with similar CRM Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Experience training and monitoring CRM users
Primary Responsibilities
Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Zoho applications.
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations within the Zoho suite to align our business processes and enhance user experience.
Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency, and enable consistent and rapid customer service and quality control.
Develop and provide multi-faceted training tools, programs and resources to onboard employees and empower our use of the Zoho suite.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, including data inconsistencies, errors, and user concerns.
Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions within Zoho applications.
Stay informed about Zoho updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for integration and technical support when necessary.
Montor system performance, data integrity, and security to ensure smooth operation.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Zoho applications or features as needed.
Maintain documentation of Zoho configurations, customizations, and processes.
Miscellaneous Duties
System setup and maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware, telephone, and software
User accounts: Establishing and managing user accounts and system permissions
Software Training and Onboarding of PRI staff
Security: Implementing security controls, performing security tests, and monitoring security
Backups: Overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
Network management: Setting up and managing local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN)
Documentation: Creating documentation
Automation: Automating tasks
