Job Description:

Location: Center City Philadelphia Hybrid - on site 3 days/week.


We are looking for a skilled and analytical Configuration Management Analyst to join our team. This role is vital for managing Configuration Item requests, overseeing the onboarding process, performing data analysis to ensure data integrity, and generating reports to support decision-making.


Required:

• Proven experience in configuration management or related roles.


• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.


• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting


• Familiarity with ITIL framework and configuration management best practices.
