Position Summary:
The position is a one year, grant funded position, with theoption of extension of contract, at OSU- College of Health Sciences within ourPsychiatry Department. There are two primary roles for the position as theIntegrated Care Behavioral Health Care Manager within our Collaborative Careprogram and in providing outpatient psychotherapy services within ourPsychology and Testing Clinic.
The integrated portion of this position is to support thedevelopment and implementation of our integrated care programming, specificallythe implementation of Collaborative Care programs throughout our OSU Medicineclinics. Collaborative Care is a team-based, population-based approach to carethat works to coordinate services of care managers, primary care providers, andpsychiatry consultation. The Psychology post-doc will be a key memberimplementing the program in our Family Medicine, Pediatric, and AddictionMedicine services.
The role in the outpatient clinic is to providepsychotherapy services to patients referred from a variety of sources,including psychiatry, addiction medicine, pain management, and pediatrics. Theposition would serve within our robust system to support the patient needs forongoing psychotherapy and counseling services.

Requirements:
-Masters Degree in Social Work or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oklahoma
Skills, Proficiencies andKnowledge:
-Providing mental health services to individuals withintherapeutic settings
-Critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
-Exhibit initiative and ability to work independently and within a team.
-Exhibit cultural sensitivity and the ability to work a various patient population and professional staff, faculty and medical students within academic health care setting.
Computer skills.
Preferred:
Previous Experience in psychotherapy services and counseling services.
