Relocation support to the Benton, Maine area will be provided.
This position is responsible for coordinating customer requirements and facilitating inquiries, quotes, purchase orders, and customer service account information.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years in the AEROSPACE/DEFENSE INDUSTRY; experience in Customer Service required.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Experience at completing transactions for price verification, researching part numbers, evaluating lead times, and similar transactions to address customer needs
Review and address customer-aged receivables with the accounting department
Experienced in budget and expense management.
Knowledgeable at tracking and maintaining up-to-date non-conforming hardware and non-conforming reports.
