Manage job costing for company projects and related subcontracts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project expenditures in alignment with budgetary goals.
Analyze and process owner change orders, back charges, and subcontract change orders in Procore and Sage 300.
Prepare and distribute monthly job cost reports to Project Managers, Project Executives, and Contract Executives.
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including entering monthly billings, owner requisitions, and analyzing contract revenue in Sage 300/Procore.
Oversee accounts payable processes by analyzing and processing subcontractor invoicing through Procore.
Train project managers on utilizing Procore and Sage 300 for job cost reports and assist with preparing accounting forms.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in job costing in a construction accounting environment or 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with accounting systems such as Sage 300 (Timberline) and Procore software is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, especially related to accounts payable and job costing.
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Previous financial supervisory experience is preferred.
U.S. Citizenship is required due to project compliance requirements.
