Seeking a candidate with a warm and inviting smile.
Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors.
May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk.
May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties.
Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical.
High School diploma and relevant experience is required.
Proficient in Excel, will be trained on site.
Onsite position only.
Work schedule hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. central time with an hour (unpaid) lunch 37.5 hours per week.
