Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a non-profit organization in Rockville, MD to bring an eager-to-learn Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site in Rockville and 2 days remote. A high attention to detail is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments.


• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


• Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.


• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts related to accounts receivable.


• Assist in the development and implementation of processes to enhance efficiency in accounts receivable and audit functions.


• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.


• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounts receivable and audit processes.


• Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
