Job Description:



This role focuses on our core Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Change processes. Through this role, you will be looking to improve core aspects of RCA and Change as well as ensure our company keeps a high level of quality throughout.



Your day to day:

In this role you will:


  • Work directly with members of our various technology organizations at PayPal as they navigate our processes and your focus will be to help them understand our processes as well as ensure we keep a high level of quality.


  • Work as a team to identify areas of improvement to our RCA and Change processes


  • Collect feedback on upcoming improvements from our customers as well as leadership to ensure all parties are aligned


  • Once a decision has been made, work with the team to come up with roadmaps for improvements identified, then execute on the roadmaps.


  • Analyze our data to bring out key insights, then incorporate these insights into our various communication methods (PPT Slides, Confluence, Email, etc...).


  • Communicate any major changes to our processes to our customers in a clear and direct way.






What do you need to bring:


  • Strong communication skills & technical writing ability


  • Able to translate data into actionable insights


  • Able to learn and articulate complex workflows to others


  • Proven track record with improving a company's operations or processes


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel


  • BS (or equivalent) in a technical field such as information technology or computer science

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$84500 to $204600
