Simplus seeks Principals (Technical) for its BTS practice in North America. As a member of the technical team you will support the pursuit and execution of AI, Digital and cloud solutions in the Salesforce (SFDC) platform. You will be responsible to present technical solutions to customers and support Go To Market strategies and furthering the BTS footprint across industry verticals. You will also be responsible for Technical stakeholder relationships and technical engagement execution You will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Essential Functions
As a member of the technical team below are the common Function you would have to perform
Client relationship management - Building and managing relationships with large fortune 1000 clients
Solutions & Strategies: Technical Support Go-To-Market strategies and solutions to address the burning digital needs in specific industries
Self ramp-up or learn new technical skills or Salesforce capabilities.
Create Industry specific Accelerators or Point-of-View for new Salesforce capabilities or clouds
Good Presentation and verbal communication skills
Lead Workshops or presentation to the client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Strong background in design and development of enterprise systems
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with both Classic and Lightning
A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting
5+ years of development experience in Salesforce, Data Migration or Integration
4+ years in a technical leadership position
Experience with Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript preferred; experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services is a plus.
Experience with Data Cloud and CoPilot or AgentForce
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices for development, Migration and Integration
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting, either from the Simplus corporate office, the employee's home office, or if the project needs require, directly from the assigned client office.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in one of our designated offices with some travel to client's sites. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
