Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:Manage the Executive Leadership Teams calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.Attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Assist in the preparation of executive-level communications, emails, and correspondence.Administrative Management:Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Manage travel arrangements for the executive team and provide itineraries.Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents as required. Project Management:Support the execution of key projects, tracking timelines and deliverables.Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of tasks.Conduct research and compile data to assist with special projects and strategic decisions.Office Management:Oversee office administrative tasks such as supplies management, meeting room bookings, and internal communications.Assist in organizing company events, retreats, and team-building activities.
