Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager working with the team on a 300+ unit co-op property, you will be responsible for the following...
Responding to resident inquiries and providing quality service.
Maintain organized and secured files for all residents.
Collect posts, rent, security deposits, and other community income.
Support property operations as directed by the Community Manager.
I work with the compliance department on maintenance of compliance records.
What you'll need to succeed
2+ Years as a Multifamily Assistant Property Manager.
MUST have Co-op real estate experience.
Experience with bookkeeping and rent collection.
Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and homeowner/tenant law.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
Comfortable to stay late 1 day out of the month for community meetings.
