The project Superintendent is Hill Commercial Construction's jobsite representative and the first and most important key to controlling costs, time, and quality. The superintendent is responsible for timely, professional productivity within the company and for coordinating the subcontractors work on site. The subcontractors work should be managed and directed in a win-win, progressive manner, which fosters collaboration with all levels to ensure work is completed on time and within the specifications and subcontracts. A Hill Commercial Construction Superintendent is also our client "liaison". The Superintendent is to help the Owner in any way possible while they are visiting their site. Answer questions openly; honestly and always be solution and success driven with all requests from HCC Management, Subcontractors, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, Inspectors and most importantly, our Clients.
