ABOUT THE ROLE

It's an exciting time to join our Global Client Accounts Team as a Client Account Manager!

• Manage the client matter set up, billing and collection arrangements and inventory management for assigned attorney and client portfolios.
• Develops strong collaborative relationships with attorneys and staff throughout the full cycle of client invoicing and collections.
• Analyze inventory statistics, prepare supporting documentation, and makes recommendations based on business strategies.
• Responsible for matter management, including rate structure, time and value accuracy, disbursement tracking and client matter budget monitoring.
• Responsible for on-account billing, unapplied fund resolution and client trust accounting.
• Ensure client service excellence in all areas of the position

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years dedicated specialized billing, collection or account management experience.
• Hands-on experience performing complex accounting analysis.
• Strong financial systems skills. (Elite/3E, eBillingHub)
• Law Firm or professional services background with international exposure preferred.
• Ability to assess information, anticipates issues and outcomes, and makes effective decisions.
• Ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work product.
• Talent for delivering client service through teamwork.
• Ability to exchange information and to present ideas, report facts and other information clearly and concisely.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

New York salary range: $80K to $118K

Boston, Washington, D.C. salary range: $74K to $110K
