Coordinate and provide support for the law school recruiting, summer associate and on-campus interviewing programs
Assess on-campus interviewing, summer associate program and fall associate onboarding effectiveness and recommends enhancements for improvements.
Collaborate on attorney professional development and firmwide legal talent projects and processes.
Prepare documents relating to recruiting and hiring, including candidate correspondence, offer letters, etc.
Assist in the coordination of tracking and compiling statistics on interviews, offers made, rejections, offers declined and all recruiting records.
Encourage positive interactions and establish strong relationships with prospective hires to ensure substantive, ongoing contact with the Firm.
Support all aspects of the summer associate program: orientation and training, scheduling, quality and quantity of summer associate assignments, social events and local programming.
Support the fall on-campus interviewing program for designated schools by distributing resumes to appropriate parties upon receipt from schools; drafting first versions of on campus interviewers; preparing interview packets and schedules for on campus interviewers, organizing call back meetings for on campus interviewers and providing the related interview paperwork.
May assist the Attorney Recruiting Manager in the development of talent pipelines and strategic recruitment plans for high demand practice groups.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree required.
1-2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with Human Resource systems and relational databases preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside the firm.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team environment demonstrating reliability, dependability and flexibility is essential.
Excellent organizational, process, and follow-through skills. Ability to prepare accurate, highly detailed work product.
Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently. Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively.
Ability to anticipate issues, assess information, and provide responsive solutions.
High client service ethic and a proven record in delivering exemplary client satisfaction to external and internal client constituencies.
Ability to work under pressure and critical deadlines.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Washington, D.C. salary range: $50k to $76k
