The Account Manager supports our clients and teams through the execution and coordination of all direct response fundraising strategies, including the day-to-day deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities for the Account manager include:

Managing ongoing client status calls, creating agenda and driving meeting
Scheduling and attending meetings; assisting with creation of meeting materials and leading discussion as required.
Coordinating strategy and campaign execution, including
Schedule creation and adhering to schedules for direct mail and digital campaigns
Preparing cost estimates and ensuring projects are delivered on budget
Copy, data and art trafficking, including coordinating kick off meetings and vendor schedules, as well as gathering all necessary approvals
Coordinating production and managing production vendor
Tracking production schedules
Approving production QC check points
Reviewing and approving invoices, reconciling final costs
Keeping clients up-to-date on progress and results.

Additional Responsibilities

Participating in webinars and attends conferences/workshops to expand skills

Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Team members who are most successful in this role typically have 3-5 years of direct response experience (direct mail or digital, production or account management)

Demonstrated project management skills
Basic copywriting/editing knowledge
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly self-motivated
Flexible
Strong communication skills in both written and oral with the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients and colleagues
Proficiency in MS Office - particularly Excel
