Job Description Summary
This position will report to SVP, Financial Modeling and is accountable for development, maintenance and enhancement of quantitative/analytic models and applications in support of the firm's risk management effort. This role focuses on the development and enhancement of LOB (Line of Business) financial models including Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL), Capital Stress Testing, loan & deposit valuations, MSR, and other ad-hoc models as well as data analytics supporting various functions within the bank. This includes ensuring the completeness and accuracy of data utilized in the model development and implementation process.
What You’ll Do
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
Solid programming experience with Python, R, and SQL
Experience with linear, GLM, logistic regressions, predictive modeling, time series analysis, and forecasting
Graduate Degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a relevant quantitative field with background in statistics is a prerequisite (e.g., applied mathematics, statistics, econometrics, operations research, or physics)
