BAC Hiring Compensation Range $21.14 - $25.70.

BAC Employees are eligible to participate in an annual bonus incentive program. BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law. BAC provides shift differential pay for eligible employees, under program rules.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Working conditions include those of a normal construction environment, as well as standard hazards associated with installed HVAC equipment and rotating equipment.
