In this role, you will act as a product and tooling expert, providing essential support to our sales team by ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and resolving technical issues. You will be responsible for managing phone systems, equipment, and Bonzo accounts, as well as troubleshooting and collaborating with the Bonzo support team to address any bugs.
