Job Description:


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Contract Specialist Legal.

Responsibilities:


  • The Contract Specialist Legal performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process

  • Complete special projects as assigned

  • Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded

  • Draft agreements, kick-off projects with production, and manage relationships

  • Data entry into contract database

  • Responsible for contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices and maintaining key tools for the team

  • Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments

  • Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email

  • The Contract Specialist Legal will serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process

  • Other duties as assigned







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 2+ years of experience with SharePoint

  • 2+ years of experience with Contracts

  • 2+ years of experience with PMing

  • 2+ years of experience working with with legal






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
