The Inbound Lead Technician reports to the Supervisor, MDS Inbound and is responsible for performing all functions related to receiving, inspection, storage, distribution, and shipping of all incoming and outgoing materials. The Inbound Lead Technician will also be required to perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to operating heavy equipment, working on a production line, or in another area of the business where there is a need for additional personnel.

Ensure all incoming goods are received accurately, properly identified and stored correctly.
Ensure all receipts are processed daily.
Pick, pack, label and ship orders accurately and timely.
Complete all required documentation.
Comply with established internal control procedures (e.g., cycle counts).
Communicate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies or issues.
Train new employees when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience using Microsoft Office preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with customers/vendors.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
