SUMMARY
The Property Administrator role at Welltower involves supporting our Outpatient Medical (OM) properties within the California market. Responsibilities include assisting Senior Property Manager(s) and Property Manager(s) in the day-to-day operations of the properties, managing tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare real estate. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing sector of the real estate industry while contributing to the success of our portfolio.

TRAVEL
Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting and administrative work. Experience in property management is preferred. Experience in reading and interpreting real estate leases/contracts is preferred. Real estate knowledge preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalency required.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
COMPENSATION
Salaries may vary by location. The range for this role in La Jolla, CA is $25.75/hour - $30/hour plus bonus. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, the relevant market and the skill, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
