Scope workstream including; Identifying risks and opportunities, outlining detailed requirements, clearly articulating stakeholders and roles & responsibilities
Own OKRs and prioritization with UX team leadership, xFN, and cross-functional partners to drive quarterly decision-making around UX priorities, resource allocation, and OPEX/T&E management
Communicate clearly with cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding program health, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.
Align priorities across a wide range of distributed stakeholders. Ability to contextualize, translate, and communicate requirements to various groups and stakeholders
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience managing and scaling UX-related programs and driving operational efforts across organizations.
Experience with UX disciplines and user-centered development tools and methodologies.
Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop solutions.
Experience improving the velocity/productivity of teams, products, and systems.
