We are entering a rapid growth phase in our company's history and are seeking an experienced and resourceful Executive Assistant to CEO who can also support a busy Executive Team in a dynamic and diverse work environment. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, remote-working environment requiring high levels of execution and adaptability.
Core Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Calendar and email management
Planning and support for routine meetings, special events, conferences, public speaking engagements, and related functions, including anticipating event requirements and responding accordingly when needed.
Handle any office mail or deliveries and occasional paper correspondence
Manage and organize company files and information
Expense tracking and monthly report preparation
Serve as the gatekeeper to executives by filtering phone calls, drop-ins and emails, determine the level of importance and handle accordingly
Arrange travel for executives
Internet research and gathering of information as needed
Identify business improvement opportunities and make suggestions for improvement.
Act as the central point-of-contact for internal departments
Liaise with external suppliers and business guests
Flexibility and willingness to contribute to special projects as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Support Sales organization:
Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales members, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports.
Collaborate with sales team to identify leads, delegate leads to the sales department, and provide sales data and guides to the sales department.
Support data management within CRM regarding metrics, client information, deal data, sales figures and other key data.
Skills and Key Attributes
Expertise with entire Microsoft Office 365 suite
Ability to work varied hours and on weekends when needs exist
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or others
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Experience interacting with senior executives in client organizations

Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of executive assistant/sales support experience
Exceptional intuition with the ability to proactively anticipate needs

Sharp and driven with an unshakeable work ethic
