As a Rolex Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, playing a key role in providing
exceptional service, as well as developing long lasting relationships through strategic client
engagement.
Key Responsibilities: • Client Engagement: Greet and assist clients, providing tailored recommendations based
on their preferences and needs. • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our brand, including story telling. • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to
overall boutique goals. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to
encourage repeat business and referrals. • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an inviting and aesthetically pleasing
boutique environment. • Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and
ensure the boutique is well-stocked. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and
supportive work environment. • KPI/CRM: Meet and exceed key performance and client management metrics (i.e. up to
date completed trainings, advanced digital accuracy of client information, client
outreach and follow up). • Mystery Shop: Score a minimum of 85% on mystery shop when applicable.
Qualifications: • Experience: Previous experience in retail, luxury sales, or hospitality is preferred. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong
ability to connect with diverse clientele. • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales goals and demonstrating strong story
telling. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients. • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
