As the Rolex Boutique Assistant Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role involves leading a team of Client Advisors, managing sales strategies, and ensuring the boutique reflects the luxury and heritage of the Rolex brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Assist in achieving sales targets and driving performance through effective coaching and motivation of the team.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of service by training sales team to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored client experiences.
Operational Support: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to boutique policies and procedures.
Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations and identifying training opportunities.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring optimal product availability.
Event Coordination: Help organize and execute boutique events and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and client feedback to provide insights for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the Rolex brand with integrity and professionalism, ensuring the boutique maintains its prestigious image.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients and team members.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, particularly in visual merchandising and presentation.
