Job Summary

***This is a pipeline position that will be opened on a recurring basis and used to fill roles aligned with the required skill sets***

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedSLED Account Managerto join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing, developing, and closing strategic sales opportunities within the SLED sector. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling storage solutions to organizations within the states of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia.

***Must live within a commutable distance to customer locations in the above states.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities in the SLED sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare and IT executives

  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of education organizations and position our storage solutions as valuable assets to address their requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of customers

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our storage solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the SLED sector

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of storage solutions and their application in educationenvironments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $205,000 - $250,000 total on target earnings and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
