The Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet quality standards and compliance requirements. This role involves monitoring production quality, conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Specialist works to maintain the highest level of product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: • Monitor production processes to ensure they meet internal and external quality standards. • Inspect products and materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications. • Establish and maintain quality control systems and procedures. • Collect and analyze data from production processes to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. • Generate reports on quality performance, defect rates, and corrective actions. • Present findings and recommendations to management for quality improvements. • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and R&D teams to identify opportunities for process and product improvement. • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing). • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues. • Train production staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and proper documentation. • Provide technical support and guidance to teams on quality control procedures. • Promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure that materials meet required specifications. • Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve the quality of incoming materials. • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization. • Manage quality measurement facilities and tools. • Participate in activities to achieve quality, productivity, scrap, and cost reduction goals. • Track production performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Minimum Qualifications or Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operation, or a related field
(or equivalent experience). • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Attention to detail and a focus on quality management. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse production team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Must be willing to travel.
Preferred Qualifications: • 1~2years' experience on quality management or related field. • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and IATF16949 requirements • Certifications for quality management (ISO, IATF and etcs) are preferable. • Understanding of quality management systems in Automotive Industry. • Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
