Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing a wide range of land development projects with a focus on residential subdivisions. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage all aspects of land development projects, including roads, infrastructure, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Prepare project reports, specifications, and cost estimates
Use AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS to create engineering designs and models
Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) License Required
Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Land Development Projects, with a focus on Residential Subdivisions
Strong Knowledge of Infrastructure Design, including Roads, Water Distribution Systems, and Sanitary Sewer Design
Experience in stormwater management and understanding of HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
Benefits Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
