We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and manage all project aspects, develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring project progress, preparing and presenting reports, resolving issues, and leading and mentoring project teams to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate has experience in Commercial Construction and Custom Homes. The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Pre-Construction
Utilize construction management software to create and manage the project - budgets, budget revisions, change orders, owner pay applications, subcontractor invoices, etc.
Work hand in hand with the Architect/Engineer/Owner to ensure the vision of the project is being obtained
Make or force required decisions to assure that major objectives are met
Conduct estimates for new projects, change orders and review with project team
Conduct regular progress meetings with Owner/Architect
Work with the Superintendent to update schedule, budget and enforce B&H safety rules and procedures on each project. Update project schedule weekly for distribution to subcontractors/owner
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met on time.
Use key performance indicators to monitor ongoing projects and oversee costs, unexpected events, and general performance.
Investigate cost savings methods, materials, procedures, and generally keep abreast of the state-of-the-art techniques.
Capture data from ongoing projects and organize for new bids and estimating.
Ensures adherence to all company, client and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.

Achievement of individual, department and company goals for buyout margins, profit margins, schedule performance and Pre-Construction KPI's.
Effective collaboration and communication with the support teams and clients contributing to a cohesive team environment and excellent representation of B&H Companies.
Time Split:
60% Project Management: Schedule building and maintaining, subcontractor buyouts, building budgets and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle
30% Estimating prospective projects and contracted projects
