Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a Chico, CA automotive dealership's Business Office Manager/Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a legacy, family-owned and run organization that offers a great culture and a lot of work/life balance and flexibility. This position is on-site and not remote nor hybrid.
Duties include:
Full cycle accounting to include month end close and financial reporting
Overseeing of 4-5 staff members in accounting/finance and operations
Oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger
General office management
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred but not required
3+ years Business Office Manager/Controller/Accounting Manager experience in the auto dealership industry.
5+ years of experience in Accounting staff management
Strong GAAP knowledge
Familiarity with accounting software systems
Strong MS Office skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook
Fast-paced, flexible, hard-working
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some relocation expense is approved for a professional seeking this opportunity and desiring to relocate to Chico, CA. Salary target $85K-$100K, 100% medical paid for by company for the employee.
