Towne & Country Management is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in providing a best in class service to Clients and Homeowners for our professionally managed Communities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Red Bank, NJ. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well in a team and independently. Daily responsibilities include fielding phone calls, managing calendars, organizing files, and communicating with board members and residents. The customer service representative will assist portfolio managers with the following tasks:
Fielding all incoming Customer Service calls.
Inputting & processing of work orders utilizing internal software / systems
Vendor communication and Follow Up on current work orders
Assist with Mortgage Questionnaires
Preparation of Rule Violations & Modifications letters, Summaries & Follow Up for portfolio managers
Community Mailings & Newsletters
Preparation of Board Packages
Recording of Minutes
Miscellaneous Administrative Duties
Qualifications
High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
At least one year of experience in administrative and customer service roles
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
