We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Preconstruction/Estimator Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the preconstruction preparation and strategy of all projects, including:
Estimating
Scheduling
Budgeting
Project Conditions
Staffing & Productivity
The successful candidate's responsibilities span a broad spectrum, including but not limited to:

Cost, Time, and Quality Management
Contract Administration
Organizational Development and Growth
Building and Maintaining the Subcontractor Base
This position involves working directly with the executive team of the company, as well as project managers and superintendents. You will be a collaborative partner in maintaining relationships with our clients and subcontractors. We require excellent communication skills for this position.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Have 10+ years of experience in wood frame construction, estimating, engineering, or architecture.
Have experience in the multi-family construction industry, preferably also with tax credit housing.
Have experience in design-build delivery systems.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive outcomes with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Have an in-depth understanding of construction trades and building systems, documentation processes, operations, and industry knowledge.
Have solid budgeting and financial experience.
Possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
Be detail-oriented with a passion for building knowledge.
