We seek a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This role is ideal for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management and at least five years of experience managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects. The HVAC Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution, from initial design and estimation to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all stages of commercial HVAC projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Utilize technical knowledge to guide the design and estimation of HVAC systems, ensuring efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline using project management tools such as MS Project.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to streamline project workflows and maintain on-schedule progress.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools such as Bluebeam and Procore, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that projects meet client and industry standards.
Provide clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project status, updates, and any potential issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects, with a robust and successful project delivery track record.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore, or similar project management software.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Local and stable work history within the Los Angeles area or a willingness to relocate.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and budgets.
