As the IT Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in tracking and managing IT-related expenses. You'll ensure accuracy in coding invoices to the appropriate departments, support asset tracking, and oversee IT contract billing with vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, and ERP providers. You'll be interfacing regularly with our Accounts Payable (AP) team based in Dallas, but with a flexible hybrid work setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Process and code 5-10 IT invoices weekly, ensuring they are correctly allocated to relevant departments.
Expense Tracking: Track and manage IT expenses, including those related to Microsoft products, AWS, ERP systems, and other IT-related costs.
Asset Management: Maintain accurate records for IT assets to streamline billing and expense allocation.
Contract Billing: Oversee and manage invoicing for IT contracts, including vendor contracts with Microsoft and AWS, ensuring adherence to contract terms and timely payments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Billing and Invoicing Expertise: Experience with IT billing and coding invoices, especially for large vendors.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT-related expenses, including Microsoft products, AWS services, ERP systems, and asset tracking.
