We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage complex schedules, high-priority projects, and sensitive information. Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily workflows.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and executive reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, and addressing or escalating inquiries as appropriate.
Manage special projects, conduct research, and compile data to assist executives with decision-making processes.
Oversee event planning and logistics for executive team meetings, off-sites, and other company events.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and sound judgment at all times.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and resource allocation as directed by the executive team.
Continuously improve administrative processes, recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level or senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to tasks.
