Client Service Experience:
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, representing teams, brand, and ways of working.
- Analyze market trends, foresee client needs, and create insights to open new business opportunities.
- Serve as a senior contact for client escalations, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Identify and implement new value propositions for existing and new clients to achieve commercial goals.
Delivery Experience:
- Advocate for Agile delivery and team dynamics within the company and for clients.
- Collaborate on client pitches and proposals, promoting Agile methods.
- Support teams in holding difficult conversations and resolving conflicts.
- Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
- Instill a learning mindset in the team and continuously review delivery methods to optimize outcomes.
Leadership:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives driving growth and efficiency.
- Work with the executive team on internal and external project decisions.
- Act as an executive sponsor for specific client projects.
- Coach teams on converting opportunities into active work, leveraging team strengths for optimal results.
- Promote a culture prioritizing people, diversity, equity, and inclusion, championing cross-discipline and cross-studio collaboration.
