We are currently seeking a Retail Intern who is energetic and detail-oriented to assist our Retail Team with projects that support our retail and outlet divisions. The role requires good interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at once. The primary responsibility of the Retail Intern is to assist the Corporate Retail team with administrative projects that support our US Retail and Outlet boutiques.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND OPERATIONS
Showroom and office organization
End of Month closing & archiving
Supply Order fulfillment
Repairs - coordination with tailor to facilitate product repairs
Support with specialty retail projects - store manuals, directives, communication, sample sales, etc.
Various operations support for departments (Retail/HR/VM/Marketing)
Occasional store visits
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
Exceptional attention to detail is required
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required to exercise good judgment and handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial
Team Player
OUR COMMITMENT
The compensation for this position is $20 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
