Connect to control systems for basic configuration and adjustments.
Perform AV installations and troubleshooting.
Level 2: Service Engineer
Troubleshoot and train on DMPS boardroom systems.
Identify and escalate system bugs.
Provide basic AV recommendations to customers or project managers.
Level 3: Senior Service Engineer
Independently manage and troubleshoot DM and NVX room systems.
Resolve support issues and provide advanced AV solutions.
Fix programming bugs with minimal assistance.
Level 4: Lead Service Engineer
Lead and resolve all support issues independently.
Mentor junior engineers on complex tasks.
Oversee projects from procurement to customer coordination and train other engineers in best practices.
