Focus:
Examine and verify quoted Bills of Materials (BOM) to confirm compliance with all specifications and requirements.
Develop and manage project submittals, including processing waivers where applicable.
Coordinate and secure necessary factory drawings for project approval.
Conduct review of approval statuses and revise quotes or resubmit as needed.
Assess the final BOM to ensure profitability metrics are achieved.
Prepare project breakouts for efficient distribution and follow-up.
Skill Set:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within the lighting industry.
Educational background in lighting is beneficial.
Competency in software such as Oasis, Bluebeam, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Ability to interpret and understand construction documents.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
Maintains a professional and positive attitude, with the capacity to manage stress effectively.
Proficiency in mathematical analysis and a strong aptitude for working with data.
Skilled in creating and analyzing spreadsheets for project specifications.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Strong background in the lighting industry, with knowledge of lighting controls being advantageous.
