The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a critical new role within a health and wellness organization that acts as the primary connection point across complex cross functional projects often involving our businesses, brand & design, digital experience and technology teams. This role with work with leaders in those respective areas as well as cross functional specific project managers to bring previously disparate workflows together to help the organization execute more complex go-to-market strategies with a focus on delivering mobile content driven experiences.
The role will have an initial focus on three critical workflows involving the aforementioned teams; enhance mobile home screen, mobile storefronts & collections, virtual coaching programs, each requiring the coordination of business owners, content production, brand & design, digital experience and technology.
Role specifics:
Engagement: Regularly meet with key stakeholders across three key mobile app workflows to ensure alignment and accountability.
Alignment: Facilitate discussions to articulate and map out necessary stage gates, timing, and decisions required to deliver on each workflow.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including content production, to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with brand standards.
Business Accountability: Provide business accountability to ensure workflows are completed efficiently, despite stakeholders having competing priorities.
Workflow Enhancement: Drive the enhancement of mobile app's workflows by ensuring all workflows are delivered on time and meeting quality standards
Desired experience:
8+ years of professional project management experience
Proven experience in project management within digital marketing connecting the dots across brand/design into technology delivery
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to articulate and map out project stages, project timing, and necessary decisions
Familiarity with content production processes and brand management
Familiarity with technology delivery and agile work processes
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
