About the Role: We are looking for Helpdesk candidates of various levels, at least with 1+ years of experience. The IT Support Specialist is focused on end-user support and responsible for the receipt, triage, and resolution of Services Requests and incidents related to computer systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite and remote support via IT ticketing system, email, desk-side support, and phone calls
Create and manage user accounts and permissions following established processes and procedures
Maintain application and system documentation by updating written procedures
Collaborate on and escalate issues with senior IT staff
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to Service Requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Qualifications:
Experience providing technical support in Windows and Mac OS environments
Experience with Active Directory
Experience working with Microsoft 365
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Ability to communicate effectively
Basic secure computing practices
Understanding of Networking concepts
Flexible schedule (able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).
High school diploma / GED required
Preferred:
1+ years of experience in an IT-related field or as a Service Technician preferred
Knowledge of Entra ID
Knowledge of Intune and/or Jamf
IT-related college degree preferred
Certifications in a related field is a plus
Anticipated hiring salary $50,000 with higher salary possible depending upon experience.
