Our client, a prestigious law firm is seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide coverage for their receptionist who will be on leave for approximately 12 weeks. This role is ideal for someone with prior reception or office support experience, ideally in a law firm environment. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication skills are essential.
This will be a 3-month, onsite contract role in San Francisco office, pay will be $30/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service and ensuring inquiries are handled appropriately.
Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Coordinate guest access with security, ensuring all visitors are properly signed in and escorted as needed.
Manage office supplies and restock snacks and beverages in the kitchen area.
Assist with ordering and/or picking up lunch for the office as required.
Assist with various administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure the office is running smoothly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office support role, preferably in a professional or law office setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished presentation.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a team-oriented office environment.
Law firm experience is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
