Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to join an experienced and dedicated team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to lead cross-functional teams in project management and execution for key initiatives. This role involves supporting the Management Office and Business Excellence lead in implementing PMO structure and collaborating with leadership to drive Business Excellence activities.
Skills & Requirements:
2-5 years working experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proactive with strong drive and initiative.
Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
Ability to independently manage priorities and organize workload efficiently.
The Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
Lead cross-functional teams in project management and execution for key initiatives.
Support the Management Office and Business Excellence lead in implementing PMO structure.
Collaborate with leadership to drive Business Excellence activities.
Align with stakeholders, set objectives, develop and track project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Track deliverables, resolve key issues, and achieve desired outcomes.
