Senior Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress and address issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
