Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Habitat Group in Miami, FL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Customer Service and Customer Experience proficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Experience in a similar role or customer service environment
Knowledge of real estate management or asset management is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation:
20/hr, plus bonuses for meeting goals
